We invite vendors to participate in our next show, Friday and Saturday, March 20-21, 2020
Vendors will have booths within the beautiful Event Hall at Camp Withycombe. Due to relatively limited space, we are only inviting vendors who sell quilting and sewing related items.
With the move to the new venue, we were able to hold costs to last year’s rates. Booth sizes are 10 feet deep and 15, 20, or 30 feet wide costing $275, $395 and $480 respectively. Booths
include pipe and drape. Tables, without skirting, are available for rent in sizes of 6 ft, 8 ft and round at $5 each. Chairs are available for rent at $1.
A deposit of 50 percent of total fees is due by Thursday, December 12, 2019, with the balance due by Thursday, February 20, 2020. All monies are refundable until February 20, 2020.
Electricity is provided at no extra cost, however we do need to know your electricity needs for booth location and planning. More information is provided in the contract.
Public WiFi is not available within the facility.
Parking is free. Identification is required at the gate to Camp Withycombe.
Vendor set-up will be Thursday, March 19, 2020 with direct access from the back of the event hall. Cars and trucks are not allowed within the Event Hall.
Booth take-down will take place after 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2020 directly after the show.
